Terms & Conditions – rh364 User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "You," or "Your") and rh364 ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"), governing your access to and use of the rh364 platform, website located at https://rh364.cam, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

By creating an account, accessing any part of the Platform, placing bets, or using any Services provided by rh364, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. 2.2 Account Registration Requirements

To create an rh364 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, email address, and physical address. You agree to update this information promptly if any changes occur.

Each user is permitted to maintain only one (1) account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using the identities of others, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances or winnings.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

You agree to notify rh364 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. rh364 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

3. Deposits and Payments

3.1 Deposit Methods

rh364 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

The minimum deposit amount is Fifty Philippine Pesos (₱50.00) unless otherwise specified. Deposits are typically credited to your rh364 account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the policies of your financial institution.

3.2 Currency

All transactions on the rh364 Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit funds in a different currency, rh364 reserves the right to convert those funds to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit, and any applicable conversion fees may be deducted.

3.3 Payment Processing Fees

rh364 does not charge fees for deposits made via GCash or PayMaya. However, your payment provider or financial institution may impose their own transaction fees, for which rh364 is not responsible. You should review your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a deposit.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, provided that you have met all applicable wagering requirements for any bonuses claimed and that your account is in good standing with no pending disputes or investigations.

Withdrawal requests must be made through the withdrawal interface within your account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless otherwise approved by rh364.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

rh364 aims to process withdrawal requests within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes during business hours, subject to verification and compliance checks. Withdrawals requested outside of business hours or on weekends and Philippine public holidays may experience delays.

In certain circumstances, including but not limited to first-time withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts, or suspected fraudulent activity, rh364 reserves the right to conduct additional verification procedures, which may extend processing times up to seventy-two (72) hours or longer.

4.3 Verification Requirements

Before processing your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, rh364 may require you to complete identity verification by submitting copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

rh364 may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives from time to time. Participation in these promotions is voluntary. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Any attempt to abuse or manipulate bonus offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or colluding with other users, will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account closure.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All content on the rh364 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and data compilations, is the property of rh364 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the express written consent of rh364.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, rh364, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

rh364 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless rh364, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against rh364.

13. Account Closure and Termination

13.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your rh364 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance, subject to the completion of any pending wagering requirements and the resolution of any disputes, will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method.

13.2 Termination by rh364

rh364 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to provide requested verification documents, or any conduct that rh364 deems harmful to its operations or other users.

Upon termination, you will forfeit any bonuses, promotional credits, and any winnings derived therefrom. rh364 reserves the right to withhold any funds if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms pending investigation.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms.

15. Entire Agreement
